Riyadh’s Stone Cladding Contractor Since 1994

AL-Swati Contracting has been installing stone cladding in Riyadh for over 30 years. We clad exterior facades and interior feature walls with natural stone, marble and large-format porcelain for luxury villas, commercial towers, mosques and government buildings across Saudi Arabia.

Every facade is installed by our own trained teams using mechanical fixing systems from Hilti and Fischer, so the stone stays safely fixed for decades, even in desert heat and dust. We supply and install, so you deal with one company from the first site visit to handover.

Our Fixing Systems

Mechanical Stone Cladding Systems

The fixing system matters as much as the stone. These are the certified systems we install on Riyadh facades.

Up-Down Bracket System

Angle brackets support each stone panel from above and below and spread the load evenly. Ideal for large natural stone and porcelain panels on villas and commercial buildings.

PEN Fixing System

A pin-and-groove system that hides all hardware behind the stone face for a clean, joint-free look. Popular for premium villa facades.

C-Channel Rail System

Continuous aluminium rails let single panels be removed and replaced without disturbing their neighbours. Excellent for large commercial facades.

Common Questions

Stone Cladding FAQ

How much does stone cladding cost in Riyadh?

The cost depends on the stone type, panel size and thickness, the fixing system and the size of the facade. Natural stone such as granite or premium limestone costs more than large-format porcelain. We visit the site, measure the facade and give you a clear, detailed quote free of charge.

Which fixing system is best for a villa facade?

For most villa facades we recommend a mechanical fixing system rather than adhesive alone. Up-Down brackets and PEN fixing suit residential facades, while Hilti undercut anchors give a fully concealed finish. We choose the system based on the stone, the wall and the height of the building.

Is natural stone or porcelain better for the Riyadh climate?

Both perform well when installed correctly. Dense natural stones handle 45°C summer heat very well, while porcelain has very low water absorption and keeps its colour. The right choice depends on the look you want and your budget, and we will advise you honestly.

How long does a stone cladding project take?

An average villa facade takes about two to four weeks. Large commercial facades can take several months. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.

Do you give a warranty on stone cladding?

Yes. Every installation comes with a minimum 5-year workmanship warranty in writing, and all work is carried out by our own direct workforce.
