Stone, Porcelain & Marble Installation
AL-Swati Contracting specialises in mechanical stone installation for exterior and interior building facades. We use Hilti and Fischer certified fixing systems to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability on every project.

Mechanical Fixing Systems
Up-Down Bracket System
A versatile angle-bracket fixing method that supports stone panels from above and below, distributing load evenly across the facade. Ideal for large-format natural stone and porcelain on high-rise and commercial buildings.
PEN Fixing System
A pin-and-groove mechanical fixing system that conceals all hardware behind the stone face, delivering a seamless, joint-free facade appearance. Preferred for premium residential and hospitality projects.
C-Channel Rail System
A continuous aluminium rail system that allows individual stone panels to be slid in and replaced without disturbing adjacent panels. Excellent for large commercial facades requiring future maintenance access.
Undercut Anchor Systems
Undercut Anchor Fixing
Think of this like a hidden bolt inside the stone itself. A small hole is drilled into the back of the stone panel, and a stainless-steel anchor expands inside it — locking the stone firmly to the wall with no screws or brackets visible from the outside. We use Hilti-certified anchors for this system, which are tested to international safety standards and trusted on major construction projects worldwide. The result is a clean, seamless facade that looks like the stone is simply floating on the building.
Kerf & Slot Fixing
A narrow groove is cut along the edge of the stone panel — like a slot in a coin — and a thin stainless-steel clip slides into it to hold the panel in place. We use Fischer-certified anchors and clips for this system, which are specially designed for challenging wall surfaces like hollow block and AAC where standard fixings may not hold. It's a simple, reliable method used for decades, especially for marble walls in building lobbies, hotel corridors, and feature walls where a tidy, hardware-free finish matters.
Flooring Installation
